Uses:

Lavender essential oil was used in hospitals during World War I.

Lavender is also used extensively in aromatherapy with herbs such as chamomile. 

Lavender helps alleviate anxiety and related sleep disturbances because of its anxiolytic effects.

Lavender honey produced mainly in France and Spain, has a woody, floral taste. Its color is light yellow.
